Steward operates on a fixed annual fee, billed quarterly, with pricing based on the complexity and service requirements of the portfolio rather than property value. Steward is not a real estate broker, does not provide brokerage services, and does not receive brokerage commissions. When brokerage or other licensed professional services are required, Steward coordinates with the client’s existing professionals or can refer qualified independent providers.
